What we have here is a re-imagining/reprocessing of the hymns of the old 60s apocalypse cult known as The Process Church of the Final Judgment. So what made this cult special? They used music themselves to spread their hymns and beliefs, of which this album is a more updated take on those old versions. The Process Church was a rather unusual cult also in terms of belief. Labeled Satanic by most they referred to Gods, in particular, Jehova, Lucifer, and Satan, and that the Final Judgment would bring them all together, with Christ as judge, and Satan as the executor of judgment etc etc.
