    Resurrection Of Azarath (compilation cd)

It could be great to say yes, but it's still too early to think so, and don't mistakenly consider this compilation as a trailer of a new full length Damnation album, because it doesn't contain any new songs. "Resurrection Of Azarath" is just a reminder of the best Damnation materials and also contains some rare and unreleased songs. "Resurrection Of Azarath" contains the masterpiece "Rebel Souls" - it seems to be the best and most cult-like stuff from this satanic death metal horde (recorded here without the intro "Prelude To Rebellion"). The album also has the great "Coronation" (here without the track "Land Of Degradation"), Promo 98 (three tracks, very rare stuff!) and two covers for the end - King Diamond's "Mansion In Darkness" (known from the bonus version of the "Resist" album), and Morbid Angel's "Bleed For The Devil". This compilation is a review of the most important steps in Damnation's unholy career, and no doubt "Rebel Souls" and "Coronation" are the groups' biggest leaps. Thanks to this compilation, you have access to some very rare stuff: I mean especially Promo 98, which was much sought after by numerous Damnation fans, I think. "Resurrection Of Azarath" both describes and reminds us of the group's history, progress and activities during the best Damnation years. It's amazing to get - all on one CD - the best of one of the most important bands on the Polish death metal scene. But I have another question: when can we expect a new Damnation album??
