    Immerse In Infinity ()

Wydane przez Witching Hour Productions/Code 7/Plastic Head DistributionRok wydania Kraj PolandNapisał Wouter8Komentarze (0)Lost Soul - Immerse In InfinityComing four long years after the critically acclaimed "Chaostream" Lost Soul is now finally back with "Immerse in Infinity". After an atmospheric intro the aptly titled 'Revival' sees Lost Soul rejuvenated, re-focussed and at their most brutal and technical to date. From the last line-up only vocalist/guitarist Jacek Grecki remains and despite an entire overhauled line-up Lost Soul now sound more convincing than ever. Krzysztof "Desecrate" Szalkowski (drums) is even more impressive in speed and dexterity than his predecessor Adam Sierzega. The bass work of Damian "Czajnik" Czajkowski is more exotic and funky than the illustrious Tomasz Fornalski. "Immerse in Infinity" is faster, more complex and rhythmic than the already very impressive "Chaostream". Especially the extensive leads/solos display the true skill of this unit. The production courtesy of Progresja Studio, Top Secret Studio and Hellsound Studio is similar to that of "Chaostream" although this new album is notably smoother sounding and less machinal. Grecki's vocals have become more natural and less grunt compared to the band's previous two records. The expansive artwork, design and lay-out by Mentalporn is superb and fit flawlessly with the album's central concept. The album comes in lush exclusive digipak in form of an even-armed cross. If you like Behemoth, Nile, Hate Eternal and Vital Remains "Immerse in Infinity" is an album you can't afford to miss.
