Satan's Host - original singer rejoins
Data dodania 2010-02-22Dodał WouterŹródło blabbermouth.netLong-running Colorado metal band SATAN'S HOST has been rejoined by Harry Conklin (a.k.a. Leviathan Thisiren). The JAG PANZER/TITAN FORCE frontman originally sang on SATAN'S HOST's classic 1986 debut, "Metal from Hell".
Commented SATAN'S HOST guitarist and founding member Patrick Evil: "The idea for a reunion with Harry has been building up for a number of years. I felt that this was the right time to go ahead with it. Me and Harry have felt that we had unfinished business to attend to, and we're heading full force!"
SATAN'S HOST's last album, "Power~Purity~Perfection … 999", was released in October 2009 via Moribund Cult. According to Lopez, "The new material is in the same vein as 'Power~Purity~Perfection … 999', but a bit more explosive and surprising. We've added some very interesting twists to the music and the concept."
SATAN'S HOST will release a new DVD, "Assault of Evil…666", on April 13, 2010 via Moribund Cult. The set features footage from the band's 2008 Great American Scapegoat tour. Bonus material includes performances from the last two decades, and the group's Samhain 2009 show.
SATAN'S HOST has upcoming appearances on March 27 at Club Inferno @ PT's in Denver, Colorado; and on April 23 at the Keep It True festival at Tauberfrankenhalle in Lauda-Königshofen, Germany.
