"R.I.P. Grind Minded - 1997 - 2009.
We would like to thank everyone for their support through all these years... all the rest.... F.O.A.D.!!"
The band have not released any more details on their demise.
Grind Minded's last album, Domestic Violence, was released worldwide on December 24th, 2008 via Open Grave Records.
