Originally released in 2002, the album is considered by many as one of the current modern death metal genre defining albums. Songs like 'In Shadows & Dust', 'Illuminati', 'Face The Face Of War' to name a few were "instant hits and 'til this day defy the test of time," says a press release.
Kataklysm will give the album a small facelift by giving it a new mastering job and hiring expert Alan Douches (HATEBREED, MASTODON, CANNIBAL CORPSE) to bring it up to date. furthermore the re-release will include the track 'Inside The Material Flesh' as a bonus track from the Shadows & Dust sessions along with a new packaging and the video-clip for the "bombastic" 'In Shadows & Dust'.
Nuclear Blast records has set a November 6th North American release date for the reissue.
