An early 2007 release via Pulverised Records is expected. According to the band, the new songs are "in the classic IN AETERNUM style . . . The rough solo parts sounds really cool, a bit like old-style MORBID ANGEL solos. The new guitar player Erik Kumpulainen is really giving his best while bending those insane tunes."
According to a band update, they "are also in the planning stages for touring during spring 2007. Expect no mercy in the name of SATAN."
IN AETERNUM recently parted ways with Agonia Records. The group earlier in the year announced the addition of Kumpulainen and bassist Claes Ramberg to the band's ranks.
IN AETERNUM's fourth album, "Dawn of a New Aeon", was released last year via Agonia.
