The follow-up to the five-track "Evidence of Inequity" EP from 2005 will contain the following track listing:

The 10 new tracks were recorded and produced by Yannick St-Ammand (DESPISED ICON, NEURAXIS), mixed by Pierre Rémillard (CRYPTOPSY, KRISIUN) and mastered by Alan Douches (THE DILLINGER ESCAPE PLAN, SHADOWS FALL).
