The track comes off the group's new album, "An Examination of Being", tentatively due this summer.
The album was recorded at Derek's personal studio in Deerfield Beach, FL with Roddy at the production helm.

COUNCIL OF THE FALLEN have been confirmed for the Brutal Aggression Metalfest, set to take place May 20 in Seminole, Florida.
COUNCIL OF THE FALLEN's last album, "Deciphering The Soul", was released in 2004 through Season Of Mist. They have since split with the company and are currently seeking a new label home.
