"First of all we would like to wish the best to everyone in 2006. May you all have a good year, with good music, good beer and everything else that's good. A quick reminder for al the Dutch folks: Don't forget to visit one of the BOLT THROWER shows. All the band members will be present at the Vera show in Groningen."
"Ok, now for the actual news. I have some sad news, some good news and some really good news. I'll start with the slightly sad first..."
"After 9 years of loyal service we had to part ways with Henke Zinger. It was getting difficult for him to combine both Grind Minded and GOD DETHRONED. We had a good talk all together and decided what was best for Henke and us."
"For the good news, in the past we've had the honor of using GRINROTH's bass player Jasper 'Boldey' Bolderdijk if Henke wasn't able to play. We asked him if he wanted to play permanently and he accepted, so we're a complete package again. If we would ever need anyone to replace Boldey if he can't play, Henke will play (if he's available). Nevertheless we wish Henke the best with God Dethroned and the future, thanks dude."
"Now for the really good news. Grind Minded has signed with the upcoming American label Sorrow Embraced Records for the release of our first full-length album "9mm Facial". We hope to achieve more acknowledgement and a better distribution for our album. More details in March/April."
"We are still working on new material, we think it's really good stuff, of course we do otherwise we wouldn't write ;) We're planning to record some of the new stuff and maybe a new release at the end of this year."
