Also scheduled for release is the band's official DVD, "Funeral Marches & Warsongs". Both titles are currently unavailable in the US and follow the ongoing success of the band's latest album, "Plague Angel".
Originally released in 2003, "World Funeral" (CD) plus "Funeral Marches & Warsongs" (DVD) captures the unholy essence that is, was and will always be Marduk. Their DVD features a one-off reunion with Joakim Af Gravf and was professionally filmed on various festivals and locations in Europe.
Adding to the band's already impressive worldwide career sales, both titles find their return to US stores as the band anticipates their return to US shores, tentatively planned for later this year.
Formed over a decade ago, Sweden's Marduk found immediate worldwide acclaim for their innovative sound. The band currently features bassist Magnus Devo Andersson, vocalist Mortuus, drummer Emil Dragutinovic and founder/guitarist Morgan Hakansson.
