The band has entered the legendary Music-A-Matic Studios (Kent, Union Carbide Productions, Millencolin, Broder Daniel) in Gothenburg, Sweden with longtime producer Frederick Rheindahl and Henrik Lipp (Kent, Union Carbide Prod., Millencolin, DAD, etc) and have begun recording "Origo", the follow up to their critically acclaimed Relapse debut "Prey On Life".
Bassist Jesper Liverod (the band is completed by vocalist Linus Jägerskog, guitarists Robert Reinholdz and Jonas Rydberg, and drummer Patrik Hultin) states; "Origo is an exaggeration of everything that BURST is about. Never before in the history of this band has the music felt so urgently important to us. "Origo" is fundamental in our lives."
BURST's "Origo" is slated for a fall 2005 release via Relapse.
