According to Dino, he made the decision to leave the group in order to spend more time working on a new band he recently formed with ex-Dimmu Borgir / Cradle Of Filth drummer Nick Barker. "Sometimes you have too many projects and one always suffers," Dino explains.
Although Brujeria's most recent touring lineup included Barker and bassist Shane Embury (Napalm Death), neither musician will continue to perform with the group, according to Cazares. It is not presently clear if singer John Lepe (a.k.a. Juan Brujo) - the band's sole remaining member - will attempt to carry on with Brujeria using replacement musicians
