Besides that you will find there 7 promo videos: Act of War, Al Taster, Broken yet United, Fear of the Future, Ha'ayara Bo'eret, Masquerade in Claustrophobia and Slave. The making of both "Collective Demise" and "Live Demise".
Estimated release date for Israel is Sunday, February 1th, 2004. A European distribution deal is on the horizon.
